As a cattle rancher living in Minnesota, I do not have the opportunity to relax and travel often. I, initially, built this house to have a place to escape my busy lifestyle and enjoy the peace and tranquility that come with the beautiful countryside of Costa Rica. Someday, this home will serve as my permanent place of residence, but until then, I plan to use it to get away and enjoy the Costa Rican sun with my family and friends.
When designing this house, I was really interested in keeping it open and spacious. I put in many windows and even a sliding glass door so that the fresh breeze, breathless sunset, and exclusive wildlife would all be apart of the stay. I also installed a private pool, and made sure that it was located in a gated community with security on-site to ensure that the house was safe and protected at all times.
What makes this house unique
The sounds and sights of Costa Rica are simply astonishing.
Green parrots can be seen on a daily basis, as well as the sounds of howler monkeys' grunts and the distinctive song sang by the native toucans.
Whether it be a walk through the jungle, a visit to the nearby waterfalls, the amazing beaches, or getting to spend a day with the locals, no two days are alike in Costa Rica. This place will surely take your breath away and make you never want to leave.
